Refund Policy

Refunds for Subscription Cancellation:

1. You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying us via email at sk@bizvalleyinnovations.com or via the Platform. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the minimum period.
2. Immediate termination and refund occur if we substantially and adversely change Membership inclusions or Fees.
3. Auto renewable in-app purchase subscriptions can only be canceled through the App Store or Google Play.
4. We reserve the right to terminate your Membership with 30 days' written notice or immediately for breach or inability to pay debts.
5. Access may be suspended if breach of terms is suspected.
6. We may terminate immediately for system issues or misuse of the Platform.
7. Upon termination, your access will be removed, and payments are non-refundable unless due to our breach or Termination for Convenience.
8. Refunds for prepaid unused Fees are provided if termination is due to our breach or Termination for Convenience.
9. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.
10. This policy remains effective post-Membership termination or expiry.
Sale Items & Exchange: We do not sell any items on our platform.
Returns & Exchanges: As no items are sold on our platform, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Shipping: We do not sell any items; hence, no shipping information is required.
